Quick Facts: Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (7500 State Road) Start Date: Negotiable Duration: Full-Time Permanent Shift: Monday-Friday, with 1:6 call rotation Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Employee License/Certifications: Board Certified in OB/GYN Experience: Minimum of 5 years in OB/GYN practice Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (note: pay details are discussable upon application) Additional Compensation & Perks: Leadership stipend and dedicated administrative time Signing bonus and relocation assistance Student loan repayment options Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and HSA/FSA benefits Disability and life insurance Retirement plans including 403(b), 457(b), and supplemental executive plan CME funding, generous PTO, and work-life balance resources What You’ll Do: Provide full-spectrum clinical care: office consultations, surgeries, deliveries Lead and develop the women's health program strategically on Cincinnati’s east side Collaborate with hospital leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and university partners Mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurse-midwives Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction goals Support the hospital's maternity services, including care in a Level II NICU setting Engage in administrative duties with dedicated leadership time What You Need: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Minimum of 5 years of OB/GYN clinical experience Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills Commitment to quality care and patient-centered service About the Assignment: This opportunity is at a major hospital in Cincinnati, offering a balanced mix of clinical practice and leadership with a supportive team environment.
