Quick Facts Location: Coos Bay, OR, 97420 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Position Duration: Permanent full-time Shift: Day shift, four 10-hour shifts (no nights or weekends) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Full-time, permanent License/Certs: Oregon license, NP or PA certification, current malpractice background Experience: Significant oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Competitive hourly rate discussed upon application) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient oncology care including assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up Contribute to a collaborative, interdisciplinary team serving a diverse patient population Participate in patient consultations for chemotherapy, medical oncology, and supportive care Support the use of electronic medical records (EPIC) for documentation and coordination Assist with patient education and coordinate with specialists as needed Uphold the highest standards of compassionate, evidence-based care What You Need Oregon RN or Physician Assistant license and certification Oncology experience (preferred but not required) Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor About the Assignment Join a premier 127-bed Level III Trauma hospital on the scenic Oregon coast.
