Quick Facts Location: Carrollton, GA (705 Dixie Street, 30117) Start Date: 05/15/2026 Position End Date: Permanent Shift: 16- or 24-hour shifts Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time, permanent License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license required Experience: Prior NICU or neonatal care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive compensation based on experience) Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Life and Disability insurance Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Dependent Care FSA and HSA options 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Support from a dedicated 24/7 team committed to your success What You'll Do Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU environment Manage and support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatments Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments and develop treatment plans Support continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge Work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art hospital setting Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care Assist in daily coverage within the newborn nursery unit What You Need Valid Nurse Practitioner license without visa restrictions Prior experience in neonatal or NICU care preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Carrollton, Georgia, known for its advanced neonatal services and community-focused care.
