Quick Facts Location: Hollywood, FL Start Date: 07/01/2024 (or upon agreement) Duration: 13-week assignments with extensions available Shift: 24-hour shifts at Level III units; 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16-hour night shifts at Level IV Hours/Week: 36-40 hours Employment Type: Contract (per diem possible) Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified NNP (must be current) Experience: Minimum 2+ years of NNP experience; not accepting new graduates or locums Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Employee stock purchase program with 15% discount 401(k) with company match Long-term care insurance Pre-tax HSA and FSA options Critical illness, accident, and hospital plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What You’ll Do Provide specialized neonatal care to critically ill infants in high-acuity NICU settings Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans Manage patient assessments, interventions, and continuous monitoring Support families and provide education regarding neonatal conditions and treatments Maintain accurate documentation consistent with hospital protocols and standards Participate in unit rotations across multiple hospital sites within the healthcare system Adhere to all policies ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality care What You Need Required: Current Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) license Minimum of 2 years’ NNP experience in a Level III or IV NICU Excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to work in a high-acuity environment Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred: Experience in multiple hospital settings within a healthcare system Ability to adapt quickly to varying shifts and workload demands About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Hollywood, FL, dedicated to providing exceptional neonatal care with cutting-edge technology and a collaborative team environment.
