Benefits start from Day One What You’ll Do: Provide neonatal primary and consultative care in a Level-IIIB and Level-IIIA NICU environments Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Engage in quality improvement initiatives and staff education Support families through NICU Family Support programs and utilize Angel Eye monitor technology Contribute to hospital-based programs, including the March of Dimes partnership Participate in orientation, training, and mentorship programs for new nursing staff and trainees What You Need: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO other NP certifications accepted) Valid Missouri state license or eligibility to practice in Missouri Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Assignment: This opportunity is with a leading facility in Kansas City, Missouri, offering advanced neonatal care in a supportive environment.
