Quick Facts Location: Phoenix, AZ Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Evening shifts; 12- or 24-hour shifts adaptable to your needs Hours/Week: Varies based on shift selection Employment Type: Full-Time Licensure/Certifications: NNP Board Certified (must be qualified in Neonatal NP; FNP, PNP not accepted) Experience: 2+ years of NNP experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (additional compensation details discussed upon application) Competitive salary package based on experience Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance options 401(k) plan with company match Paid sick time per applicable laws Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, employee stock purchase program, and pre-tax HSA/FSA options Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide collaborative neonatal care alongside Neonatologists at Level III-IV NICUs and Level II nurseries Cover night shifts in high-complexity neonatal units, including delivery room coverage with shared responsibilities with neonatologists Participate in proactive patient management, emergencies, and routine NICU care Contribute to high-risk delivery services and neonatal stabilization efforts Support a multidisciplinary team ensuring optimal outcomes for newborns What You Need Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certification) Minimum of 2 years NNP experience preferred Current state license to practice in Arizona Strong collaborative and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts About the Assignment Join Arizona Neonatology, a growing team of 24 Neonatologists serving multiple NICUs and special care nurseries in the Phoenix area.
