• Full-time Urology Nurse Practitioner needed to support a collaborative surgical team in the evaluation, treatment, and long-term management of patients with urologic conditions in a physician office setting. Job Responsibilities: • Assist urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments • Develop and implement treatment and care plans • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests • Assist with urologic surgeries and office-based procedures • Manage post-operative and follow-up care • Provide patient and family education • Coordinate care with physicians and clinical staff • Maintain accurate clinical documentation • Adhere to universal precautions and OSHA standards Qualifications: • Master’s degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program • Active Vermont APRN license • Minimum 2 years of urology nursing experience • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC preferred) • Active DEA license • Healthcare Provider CPR certification • NPDB self-query within 30 days • Credentialable by hospital medical staff • No locums, no visa candidates, no long-distance commuters Working Hours: • Full-time (40 hours/week) • Daytime schedule • No weekends or holidays Skills: • Urology clinical care • Surgical and post-operative patient management • Patient education and counseling • Multidisciplinary collaboration
