Perm - Physician - Anesthesiology - Cardiac Albany, NY

Group of Albany, PC are seeking full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologists. The role supports a growing cardiac surgery program across Hospital (Albany) and Hospital (Troy). This is a permanent position only (no locums). Job Responsibilities: • Provide anesthesia for cardiac and vascular surgical procedures (CABG, valve replacements, complex cardiac cases) • Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care • Collaborate with cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary teams • Contribute to anesthesia protocol development and quality improvement Qualifications: • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology • ECHO Board Certified and/or Cardiac Fellowship-Trained • NY medical license (or willing to obtain) • BLS, ACLS, PALS required Working Hours: • Variable shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) • Call rotation: 1:5, first call every 8th night, no second call Skills: • Cardiac & vascular anesthesia • TEE and advanced hemodynamic monitoring • General and regional anesthesia • Strong communication and teamwork skills
