Quick Facts: Location: Coos Bay, OR Start Date: 04/28/2026 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: Clinic rotation, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; shared call and weekend echo rotations Experience: BE/BC in Cardiology, nuclear and echo certification preferred Licensure: Active OR medical license; required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2) Generous PTO and CME allowance Retirement plan with 6% match Relocation support (if applicable) Licensure and professional fee reimbursement Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiology services, including interpretation of echocardiograms, stress tests, ECGs, and TEE procedures Manage and treat a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions with a multidisciplinary team Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to deliver high-quality patient care Perform diagnostic procedures, evaluate cardiac patients, and develop personalized treatment plans Educate patients and families on heart health, prevention, and treatment options Document all clinical activities accurately within electronic medical records Contribute to outreach efforts to nearby hospitals if needed What You Need: Required: BE/BC in Cardiology Active Oregon medical license Nuclear and Echo certified preferred 3+ years of clinical cardiology experience Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Willingness to participate in outreach and call rotation Preferred: NMRI certification Experience in a community hospital setting Ability to read and interpret advanced cardiac imaging About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Coos Bay, Oregon, serving a catchment area of over 320,000 residents.
