Quick Facts Location: 7057 North Clio Road, Mount Morris, MI 48458 Start Date: 05/20/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent full-time position Shift: 36 patient-contact hours per week with 4 administrative hours included Hours/week: 36 hours of direct patient care, plus administrative time Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: State Medical License (or eligible), Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine (No lapses) Experience: Open to recent graduates (2026 & 2027) offering a rewarding career growth path Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (hourly rate equivalent, competitive salary range provided separately) Pay Package: Discussion upon application Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Prescription drug coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Life insurance and long-term disability coverage Retirement plans and paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and holidays CME allowance and tuition reimbursement Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified employer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness benefits Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus opportunities What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and family medicine patients Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Conduct preventive health visits, wellness exams, and follow-ups Develop long-term care plans and coordinate with specialists as needed Document patient interactions accurately in the EPIC EMR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care Participate in on-call duties as assigned Support patient education and community health initiatives Engage in quality improvement efforts to uphold organizational standards What You Need Valid medical license in Michigan or eligible for licensure Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (must not have lapses) No late lapses in certification, recent graduates welcomed Ability to provide patient-centered care in a community-focused outpatient setting Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This position is based at a well-established outpatient clinic within a nationally recognized health system.
