Quick Facts: Location: Dothan, AL Start Date: Flexible Duration: Permanent, full-time Shift: M-TH 8am – 5pm; Fri 8am – 12pm Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Hospital-employed Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits: Pay package discussed upon application Comprehensive benefits package Paid malpractice and tail coverage Student loan repayment options available Sign-on bonus of $100,000 Paid interview expenses Employer eligible for PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Additional benefits to be discussed during hiring process What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population Conduct health assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans Collaborate with team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff Manage patient follow-up and coordinate with specialty services as needed Utilize on-site lab and radiology services to support patient care Participate in practice quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards What You Need: Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Alabama medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment About the Assignment: This position is based at a well-established outpatient clinic within a prominent healthcare community in Dothan, Alabama.

The clinic has served the local community for over 70 years, providing comprehensive primary care in a supportive and collaborative setting. No inpatient responsibilities, with shared call duties.
