Quick Facts: Location: Pueblo, CO Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Full-Time Shift: Standard office hours with shared on-call rotation (including weekends) Hours/Week: Full-Time Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Gastroenterology Experience: Proven proficiency in GI diagnosis and treatment, including ERCP procedures Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Pay package discussed upon application) Compensation: Salary range of $405,000 - $450,000 annually based on experience and qualifications Bonus: Eligibility for productivity bonus paid on every wRVU generated Benefits Include: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid malpractice coverage Generous CME allowance Retirement plans with employer matching (403(b), 457(b)) Paid family and medical leave Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Relocation assistance may be available Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions with patient-centered care Perform advanced ERCP procedures using state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment Collaborate closely with a team of five gastroenterologists and healthcare professionals Participate in shared on-call rotation, including weekend coverage, ensuring continuous patient service Document seamlessly via the EPIC EMR system and leverage advanced endoscopy tools Contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced, high-producing gastroenterology group Engage in evidence-based clinical practices to optimize patient outcomes Access ongoing professional development through CME opportunities What You Need: Medical license in Colorado (or ability to obtain) Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Gastroenterology Experience with advanced endoscopic procedures, particularly ERCP Strong collaboration, communication, and patient care skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment About the Assignment: Join a thriving, patient-focused gastroenterology practice at a leading facility in Pueblo, CO.
