Quick Facts Location: Colorado Springs, CO Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Outpatient, flexible hours Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Licenses/Certifications: Active Colorado medical license, board-certified in Gynecology Oncology required Experience: Preferred 3+ years in Gynecology/Oncology Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $495,000 – $550,000 annually (discussed further at second interview) Weekly Pay Schedule: Yes, via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Generous CME allowance Retirement plans with employer match (403(b), voluntary 457(b)) Paid malpractice, PTO, paid family and medical leave Relocation package (if eligible) Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Additional voluntary benefits including FSA/HSA, pet insurance, identity theft protection What You’ll Do Provide outpatient Gynecology Oncology care at Memorial Hospital’s Level I trauma center Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including GYN-Oncologists, RadOnc, nurses, and pathologists Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives Manage a steady patient load of approximately 15-22 patients per day, focusing on adult care Support and educate patients through diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students (optional) Share call responsibilities (1:2 ratio), primarily weekends, with support from hospitalists for admits What You Need Active Colorado medical license and board certification in Gynecology Oncology Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Gynecology/Oncology (preferred) Excellent communication and collaborative skills Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Colorado Springs dedicated to delivering exceptional cancer care.
