Quick Facts Location: Findlay, OH Start Date: 06/27/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: M-F, four clinic days + one remote administrative day Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee License/Certs: BC/BE in Hematology and Oncology, Ohio Medical License (or eligible) Experience: Prior oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (based on competitive package) Pay Package Discussed Upon Application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Six weeks paid time off (PTO) $10,000 annual CME allowance $10,000 relocation assistance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match PSLF-eligible, hospital-employed position What You’ll Do Provide expert hematology and oncology patient care across diverse cases Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans Manage outpatient consultations and follow-ups, including blood disorders and cancers Participate in clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation services Support the cancer program’s growth and quality initiatives Contribute to patient education and support services Engage in continuous quality improvement activities What You Need Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Oncology Ohio Medical License (or eligible for licensure) Strong clinical skills in hematologic and oncologic patient management Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, patient-centered environment Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care About the Assignment Join a well-established, expanding cancer program at a newly renovated, comprehensive community cancer center affiliated with a nationally recognized health system.
