Quick Facts Location: 2121 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins, CO Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent position Shift: Standard work hours with minimal call Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Experience: Relevant clinical experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Please note: pay details are provided for internal purposes; actual salary will be competitive and discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive base salary (annual range $489,000 - $543,000) Performance-based bonus potential Relocation assistance for eligible candidates Paid malpractice insurance Generous CME allowance Retirement plans (403(b) with employer match, 457(b) voluntary) Medical, vision, dental insurance options Life and disability coverage (including dependents) Wellness programs and voluntary benefits (FSA, HSA, pet insurance, identity theft protection) Paid time off, including family and medical leave What You’ll Do Provide direct care for patients with various cancers and hematological conditions such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality, personalized treatment plans Participate in clinical research and incorporate innovative treatment modalities Offer second opinions and complex case management Utilize EPIC EMR for seamless documentation and care coordination Contribute to a supportive and progressive oncology environment with minimal on-call duties What You Need Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Valid Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one Strong communication and team collaboration skills Commitment to delivering high standards of patient-centered care About the Assignment This position is based at UCHealth Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic at the Harmony Campus in Fort Collins, Colorado.
