Quick Facts Location: Saginaw, MI Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Flexible, outpatient-focused with shared call Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Hospital-employed Licenses/Certifications: Active MI medical license; Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology; BLS, ACLS, PALS (NRP preferred) Experience: Open to new graduates (with mentorship support) and experienced physicians Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $525,000 – $625,000 (based on MGMA standards, training, and experience) Additional Benefits: Sign-on bonus of $50,000 Potential productivity bonuses Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid CME, holidays, and paid time off (37 days/year) Student loan repayment and educational stipends Professional liability coverage Pay package discussed upon application What You’ll Do Provide full-scope Medical Oncology and Hematology care, including outpatient and inpatient services Collaborate with a team of experienced providers and support staff in a multidisciplinary cancer center Manage approximately 25 outpatient and 5–10 inpatient patients daily Participate in tumor board meetings, clinical research, and community outreach programs Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies, including Brachytherapy and advanced radiation therapy Support satellite clinics with occasional travel as needed Contribute to teaching and training medical students and residents from Central Michigan University What You Need Required: MD/DO from an accredited medical school Active Michigan Medical License Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Experience or willingness to work in full-scope Medical Oncology and Hematology Preferred: Prior experience in outpatient and inpatient oncology Strong communication and collaborative skills Interest in research or academic activities About the Assignment Join a nationally top-ranked cancer care program within a leading facility in Saginaw, MI.
