Quick Facts Location: 9483 North Fort Washington Road, Fresno, CA 93730 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: 24-hour shifts (5–6 shifts/month, no on-call) Hours/week: 40+ hours (including some weekend shifts) Employment Type: Direct hire / Full-time Licensure/Certs: Must hold current CA medical license; Board Certified in OB/GYN; BLS, ACLS, DEA required Experience: 1–5 years preferred; delivery experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (note: this pay rate is indicative; actual compensation to be discussed) Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick time and holidays Licensure, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecological care in a busy hospital setting Manage approximately 13–14 patients daily in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections (25%) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including NICU staff, medical, nursing, and social services Document care using EPIC EMR system Cover scheduled 24-hour shifts with no on-call duties Support holiday coverage and participate in quality care initiatives What You Need Valid California medical license or active licensure application Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Current BLS, ACLS, and DEA licenses Delivery experience (preferred) Committed to providing high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment About the Assignment This position offers the opportunity to work at a reputable hospital in Fresno, CA, in a Level 2 NICU setting.
