Quick Facts: Location: Seattle, WA 98122 Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent placement Shift: 6-8 shifts per month, 24-hour shifts Hours/week: Approximately 36-48 hours Employment Type: Full-time, permanent License/Certs: Medical license in WA; board certified or eligible OB/GYN Experience: Prior OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay rate: $1.00 per hour (based on weekly pay schedule via direct deposit) Comprehensive medical coverage including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drugs Generous paid sick leave, parental leave, and disability benefits Robust referral bonus program and 24/7 dedicated support team Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses Additional benefits: HSA, FSA, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, flexible spending accounts, and more What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist care at major Seattle facilities (Swedish Medical Center-First Hill & Swedish Issaquah) handling labor, deliveries, and obstetric emergencies Assist Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB providers during labor and surgical procedures Manage obstetric triage, including complex cases such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions Support GYN procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy, and emergency services Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment Participate in teaching OB residents and fellows, contributing to medical education and mentorship What You Need: Valid medical license in Washington state Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Prior obstetric and hospitalist experience preferred Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to a dynamic hospital environment About the Position: Join a dedicated medical team at a top-rated hospital in Seattle, offering a balanced schedule that emphasizes quality patient care and provider well-being.
