Quick Facts Location: Carrollton, GA | 705 Dixie Street Start Date: 05/15/2026 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 40 hours/week, flexible schedule with home call rotations Experience: Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist Licensure: GA Medical License (or eligible) Certifications: Neonatology Board Certification or Board Eligibility Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (full compensation details discussed during interview) Benefits include: Competitive base salary (based on experience) Annual bonus potential and sign-on bonus Relocation assistance Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life and Disability insurance Healthcare FSA & Dependent Care FSA HSA options 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Voluntary benefits via payroll deduction Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do Provide clinical leadership and direct neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with approximately 1,000 yearly births Perform daily rounds and manage the care of critically ill and premature infants Lead admissions, stabilization, and ongoing management of neonatal patients Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams Support home-based call coverage rotations with a flexible schedule supported by daytime APP/NNP coverage Contribute to maintaining high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care in a renovated facility What You Need Required: MD or DO degree with appropriate licensing in Georgia Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Residency in Pediatrics and Neonatology training Authorization to work in the United States Preferred: Prior experience in a Level-III NICU setting Strong team collaboration skills Excellent communication skills About the Assignment Join a highly collaborative, physician-led NICU team within a nationally recognized health system known for its modern facilities and strong subspecialty support.
