Quick Facts: Location: Capital Health Medical Center, Hopewell Township, NJ Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent, full-time position Shift: Combination of 24-hour in-house and 10-hour day shifts Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist, NJ medical license required Experience: Preferred minimum of relevant neonatology experience Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder, actual compensation will be discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay package Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Generous PTO and sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time and additional benefits tailored to your needs What You'll Do: Provide expert neonatal care in a busy Level 3 NICU, managing an average of 17 patients daily Manage over 400 NICU admissions annually, implementing advanced neonatal therapies such as HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic cooling Collaborate with a team of seven neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff Engage in teaching, mentoring medical students, residents, and new obstetricians joining the practice Support the regional perinatal environment with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical rounds Maintain documentation, follow protocols, and provide family-centered care What You Need: Valid Neonatology certification and NJ medical license Minimum relevant clinical experience as a Neonatologist preferred Strong collaborative and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care Willingness to support teaching and mentorship activities About the Assignment: Join a well-established, collaborative Neonatology practice at a leading facility in Pennington, NJ.
