Quick Facts: Location: Richmond, VA (1602 Skipwith Road) Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week (In-house coverage) Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatology Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits Robust referral bonus program Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Paid sick time in accordance with law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a 40-bed Level III NICU setting Collaborate with dedicated Neonatologists delivering 24/7 in-house coverage Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia Work closely with pediatric surgery and cardiology specialists for comprehensive care Coordinate with neonatal transport teams for patient transfers and emergencies Focus exclusively on NICU patients, without nursery coverage responsibilities Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and clinical research Contribute to a team culture emphasizing innovation, education, and family-centered care What You Need: MD/DO degree with valid medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain one Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology Strong commitment to compassionate, family-centered care Ability to work collaboratively in a high-functioning team About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Richmond, VA, specializing in neonatal intensive care with a focus on innovative treatments and family-centered services.
