Quick Facts Location: Topeka, KS Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Perm Shift: Day shifts; potential call/neonatal coverage as needed Hours/week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent Licensure/Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Experience: Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $275,000 – $360,000 annually (based on experience) plus a lucrative bonus program with a first-year guarantee of $50K Pay package discussed upon application Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision insurance Comprehensive benefits including: Fertility benefits Diabetes management support Telehealth and second opinion services 401(k) Thrift Plan & Sharing Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount) Life Insurance & AD&D Short & Long-term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA/HSA) Parental & Family Medical Leave Sick Pay Bank Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Various supplemental benefit programs What You’ll Do Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with 36 beds and an average of 26 patients daily Manage advanced neonatal therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, Total Body Cooling, and aEEG monitoring Collaborate with subspecialty teams such as Cardiology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Hematology, and Endocrinology Participate in patient care coverage, including possible call and weekend shifts Engage with a compassionate and multidisciplinary team of neonatologists and NNPs Contribute to a community offering excellent quality of life alongside professional growth opportunities What You Need Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Open to J1 visa candidates; not currently accepting locums Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong communication and clinical skills About the Assignment Join a caring and experienced team at a prominent healthcare facility in Topeka, Kansas, providing comprehensive neonatal care in a supportive environment.
