Quick Facts Location: 17 Belmont Avenue, Brattleboro, VT 05301, United States Start Date: 05/29/2026 Duration: Permanent position Shift: 3-4 clinic days/week; 1 in 4 call rotation Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours Employment Type: Full-time Licensure/Cert: Medical License in Vermont required Experience: Prior OB/GYN experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to salary focus; salary range $280,000 - $360,000 annually) Benefits Include: Full medical coverage Generous vacation and holiday pay CME allowance Pension plan Possible student loan repayment through Vermont Paid sick time in accordance with law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patients.
Manage gynecologic consultations referred from primary care and midwives. Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and advanced laparoscopic surgeries. Maintain surgical volume in a facility with three new operating rooms. Assist in uncomplicated deliveries and share in a manageable on-call rotation. Participate in home births offering VBACs, water births, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidurals. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, certified nurse midwives, nurses, and medical assistants.
