Quick Facts Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (7500 State Road, Cincinnati, OH 45255) Start Date: Flexible, upon mutual agreement Duration: Full-Time Shift: Monday-Friday (3 days outpatient, 2 days surgery) Hours per Week: 40+ Employment Type: Permanent staff position Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: New graduates with mentorship support are welcome; experienced practitioners encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Additional Compensation & Perks: Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment options Comprehensive benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, Life, Disability Insurance Retirement plans: 403(b) with company match, 457(b), and supplemental retirement plan CME funding and generous PTO Emphasis on work/life balance through structured schedule and collaborative staffing What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services including routine deliveries, surgeries, and outpatient care Manage deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital, featuring a Level II NICU Collaborate with certified nurse-midwives and multidisciplinary teams Participate in a shared 1:6 call rotation, providing urgent and emergent care Perform outpatient consultations, prenatal visits, gynecologic exams, and surgical procedures Support patient-centered care within a community-focused health environment Engage in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities What You Need Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Ohio medical license or ability to obtain licensure Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to providing exceptional patient care About the Assignment This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic women’s health team at a leading facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
