Quick Facts Location: Colorado Springs, CO Start Date: 06/03/2026 Duration: Perm (Full-Time) Shift: Standard Office Hours (Flexible Scheduling) Hours/Week: 40+ hours/week Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) Experience: Generally 2+ years preferred, new grads may be considered Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $458,000 – $508,000 annually Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2) Paid malpractice insurance Robust referral bonus program Generous CME allowance Retirement plans including 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) options Paid sick leave, medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts Life and disability insurance Wellness benefits, pet insurance, and employee discounts Paid family and medical leave, including Colorado FAMLI What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive general otolaryngology services to diverse patient populations Collaborate with fellowship-trained specialists in head and neck surgery, microvascular surgery, sleep medicine, and more Participate in outpatient clinics, hospital consultations, and minor procedures Contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in patient care Support the growth of an expanding practice with opportunities in Laryngology and Skull Base Surgery Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation What You Need Valid medical license in Colorado (or eligible) Board Eligible or Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates considered if qualified Strong communication and team collaboration skills Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care About the Assignment This position is based at a leading healthcare facility in Colorado Springs, offering state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative environment.
