Quick Facts: Location: Findlay, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-time, flexible schedule Hours/week: 40+ Employment Type: Full-time, employed License/Certs: Board-certified in Otolaryngology required Experience: Prior experience preferred, new graduates considered Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive, based on experience and qualifications) Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity incentives CME stipends and loan repayment support What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive ENT care to a wide referral base with minimal competition Manage approximately 20-30 patients daily in clinic Perform surgeries at multiple locations including a hospital, surgery center, and outpatient facilities Utilize advanced surgical technology, including da Vinci Xi Robotic Systems Collaborate with audiology and other specialty teams for comprehensive patient care Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospitalists Take backup call support while APPs cover primary calls Contribute to a collegial and flexible work culture emphasizing physician wellness and work-life balance Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees What You Need: Medical degree with board certification in Otolaryngology Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility Excellent communication and patient management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Preferred: Prior surgical and clinical ENT experience About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio, offering a rewarding and autonomous ENT practice within a thriving community health system.
