Quick Facts Location: Pueblo, CO at 400 West 16th Street Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Mon-Fri, typical hours Hours/Week: Full-Time Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology Experience: Prior ENT experience preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive annual salary: $458,000 - $508,000 Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice insurance Retirement plans including 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) options Generous CME allowance Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave in accordance with state and federal law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Additional perks: wellness benefits, FSA/HSA options, identity theft protection, pet insurance, employee discounts What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive ENT care across outpatient and surgical settings Diagnose and manage ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures at hospital and outpatient surgery center Develop and expand a patient panel in response to regional demand Collaborate with audiology and other specialists to deliver integrated care Participate in shared emergency call coverage (1:5 rotation) Consult on ENT cases referred by regional providers Document and coordinate patient care in EPIC EMR system Deliver patient-centered, high-quality clinical outcomes Work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team at a Level III Trauma Center What You Need Medical license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in ENT procedures is preferred About the Assignment Join a top-tier ENT practice at UCHealth Parkview Medical Group in Pueblo, Colorado.
