Quick Facts Location: 1900 South Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840 Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Mon-Fri, 2 clinic days + 3 procedural days per week, 10 night/weekend call shifts (non-daytime) Hours/Week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent, Clinical Faculty Appointment with Ohio State University License/Certifications: Valid medical license in Ohio, Board-certified/board-eligible in Vascular Surgery Experience: 0+ years as suitable; more experienced candidates encouraged to apply Pay & Benefits Salary: Starting at $500,000 (0-3 years), $550,000 (4-6 years), $600,000+ (7+ years) Bonuses: Up to $75,000 annually based on scorecard metrics Additional Compensation: $50,000 signing bonus, relocation stipend up to $15,000 Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time and vacation (176 hours/year) with carryover 11 paid holidays annually $7,500 CME allowance Retirement plan options (401k/403b) with Ohio State University benefits Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do Lead the development and management of a community-based vascular surgery program Perform open and endovascular procedures (aneurysms, carotid artery disease, limb salvage, dialysis access, peripheral vascular disease) Provide preoperative, operative, and postoperative care Manage vascular conditions with medical and nonsurgical therapies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and interventional radiology Supervise advanced practice providers involved in vascular care Participate in patient education and counseling Engage in program expansion, including recruitment efforts and infrastructure development Serve as a faculty mentor and participate in educational activities for students, residents, and staff Opportunity for leadership roles based on experience and interest What You Need Medical license in Ohio and certification/eligibility in Vascular Surgery Proven experience in vascular surgical procedures and patient management Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to lead and innovate within a growing program About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Findlay, Ohio, dedicated to delivering high-quality, community-focused vascular care.
