Quick Facts: Location: Brattleboro, VT (17 Belmont Avenue) Start Date: 05/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Flexible, outpatient and surgical in a single-site practice Hours/week: Based on full-time schedule Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: VT Medical License (or eligible) required Experience: Not open to new grads with less than 1 year of experience; no visa candidates accepted Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (equivalent to a competitive annual salary range of $300,000 - $400,000) Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Diagnose and manage conditions like kidney stones, BPH, urinary incontinence, infections, and other urologic disorders Perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, including pre- and postoperative care Provide hospital and ER consultations in collaboration with other specialists Work closely with established urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based setting Participate in a light call schedule (~7 days per month) Educate patients and families on diagnoses and preventive strategies Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and professional standards Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education What You Need: Valid VT Medical License or eligibility to obtain one Minimum 1 year of clinical Urology experience (no new grads less than 1 year) Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong clinical and communication skills About the Assignment: Join a dedicated team in Brattleboro at a community-focused hospital offering comprehensive urology care.
