Quick Facts Location: Pueblo, CO Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date/Duration: Full-Time Permanent Role Shift: Standard clinical hours, hospital call rotation Hours/Week: Based on clinical schedule Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Experience: Relevant surgical and clinical experience in urology preferred Pay & Benefits Compensation: Highly competitive salary ($550,000 - $610,000/year), immediate bonus potential Additional Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage Generous CME allowance 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching 457(b) deferred compensation plan (eligible) Wellness programs and benefits Paid sick and family leave in accordance with law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urologic care for adult patients Perform diagnosis and surgical treatments, including robotic procedures with advanced DaVinci XI systems Collaborate with a team of experienced urologists and clinical support staff Participate in hospital call rotation for emergencies and consults Document patient care using Epic EMR system Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and shape the future of urology services at the facility What You Need Valid medical license to practice in Colorado Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Proven experience in general urology and surgical procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to support visa candidates is available for this position About the Assignment Join a high-volume, well-established urology practice at a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado.
