Quick Facts Location: Claremont, NH, 03743 Start Date: 03/16/2026 Shift: Night (various shifts available) Hours/week: 36-40 Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: RN license, BLS certification Experience: 1+ year preferred in ER, Med/Surg, or PCU Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (based on experience) Pay package discussed upon application Competitive weekly pay via direct deposit Medical, dental, and vision insurance (W-2 benefits) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, professional nursing care across ER/Med/Surg/Progressive Care units Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments Administer medications accurately, following safety protocols Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions Respond swiftly to emergency situations and changes in patient condition Maintain up-to-date documentation in electronic health records Support the care of diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric What You Need Required: Valid RN license in New Hampshire BLS certification 1+ year of RN experience in emergency, medical-surgical, or progressive care unit Ability to work independently and efficiently in a rural setting Preferred: Experience in rural or small facility environments Strong critical thinking and communication skills About the Assignment This position is based at a respected healthcare facility in Claremont, NH.
