• Full-time Family Medicine Physician needed at Stillwater Family Health Center. • Well-supported practice with APP collaboration, flexible scheduling, and physician-led governance • Opportunity for teaching, hybrid roles, and long-term career growth • Start upon credentialing • Not accepting Locums or Visa candidates Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics) • Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and minor injuries • Perform routine physical exams, preventive screenings, and immunizations • Provide lifestyle counseling and health education • Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) • Participate in light call rotation with RN triage support • Option to teach medical students and precept NP/PA students • Optional involvement in hospital medicine and leadership roles Qualifications: • Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics • Truly Board Eligible candidates considered (must specify timeline to BC) • Minimum 1 year of primary care experience • Active New York medical license (or willing to obtain) • Clean malpractice and licensing history • NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days • Candidates within 30 miles of the facility not eligible Working Hours: • Full-time • Outpatient clinic schedule • Shared, light call rotation Skills: • Comprehensive primary care • Preventive medicine and chronic disease management • Patient-centered communication • Team-based care with APPs • EMR documentation • Teaching and mentoring (optional)
