🩺 Position: Neonatologist – Full-Time, Permanent 📍 Location: Appleton, Wisconsin 🏥 Setting: Hospital-based | Level III NICU + Newborn Nursery 🕒 Schedule: 24/7 in-house coverage + day rounding 🔍 Role Overview: Join a collaborative team where pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists work together to deliver family-centered, high-quality care: Manage care for newborns in a Level III NICU and Newborn Nursery Team of 4 neonatologists providing round-the-clock in-house coverage Participate in day rounding and ongoing quality improvement initiatives Opportunity to engage in clinical research and share best practices with a large national network of NICU professionals Open to experienced neonatologists and newly graduated fellows 💰 Compensation & Benefits: Salary is competitive and based on experience/training – negotiable during interview.
