Nurse Practitioner required to provide comprehensive primary care services under physician supervision in an integrated care setting. Job Responsibilities: Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Prescribe and manage medications Develop and implement treatment plans Conduct physical exams and review medical histories Provide preventive, behavioral, and community health care Patient education and counseling Coordinate referrals with subspecialists Collaborate with behavioral health and care teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation Participate in on-call rotation and quality improvement activities Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing Licensed Nurse Practitioner in California Active DEA registration Minimum 2 years of clinical experience Knowledge of family/internal medicine or pediatrics Strong communication and teamwork skills Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Farsi, or Vietnamese) Working Hours: Full-time Includes after-hours on-call rotation Skills: Clinical assessment and diagnosis Patient-centered care EMR documentation Multidisciplinary collaboration
