• Busy outpatient Family Medicine clinic • Team structure: – 3 Physicians – 6 Advanced Practice Providers • Physician-led organization within Medical Group Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care • Build and manage a patient panel (flexibility to develop desired panel size) • Serve a loyal, established patient base with growth opportunity • Participate in shared call rotation with group • Collaborate with multiple onsite specialties including: – Urology – Podiatry – Surgery – Cardiology – Radiation Oncology – Hospitalists • Practice in a clinic with onsite laboratory services • Deliver coordinated care with hospital-based support Qualifications: • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (within 2 years, with plans to test) – REQUIRED • Iowa medical license or eligibility to obtain – REQUIRED • Clean malpractice and licensing history – HIGHLY PREFERRED • NPDB Self-Query Report (within last 30 days) – REQUIRED • Visa status disclosure (J-1 / H-1B / None) – REQUIRED • Ability to start full-time outpatient practice with 1:4 call – REQUIRED Working Hours: • Monday – Friday • Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Full-time outpatient practice • Shared call coverage: 1:4 rotation
