• We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to diverse patient populations. • The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall health maintenance. • The physician will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment integrating primary care with behavioral health and wellness services. • This position emphasizes patient-centered care, community engagement, and quality improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care • Perform physical examinations and order necessary diagnostic tests • Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care • Educate patients on health, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including behavioral health providers • Refer patients to specialists or inpatient care when necessary • Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and clinical audits • Supervise and mentor mid-level providers, residents, and students as needed • Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage when required • Engage in community outreach activities such as health fairs Qualifications: • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution • Active, valid, and unrestricted California medical license • Active DEA license • Board Certification required • Knowledge of family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics • Familiarity with community health center regulations and standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations • Preferred: Multilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese) Working Hours: • Full-Time Schedule • Outpatient clinic hours (typically Monday – Friday) • Rotational on-call duties Skills: • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities • Excellent patient communication and education skills • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems • Team collaboration and interdisciplinary coordination • Cultural competency and patient-centered care approach • Organizational and time management skills
