Job Responsibilities: β’ Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic care β’ Perform physical examinations and order necessary diagnostic tests β’ Diagnose medical conditions and develop treatment plans β’ Prescribe medications and manage ongoing patient care β’ Educate patients on health, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications β’ Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) β’ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including behavioral health providers β’ Refer patients to specialists or inpatient care when necessary β’ Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and clinical audits β’ Supervise and mentor mid-level providers, residents, and students as needed β’ Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage when required β’ Engage in community outreach activities such as health fairs Qualifications: β’ MD or DO degree from an accredited institution β’ Active, valid, and unrestricted California medical license β’ Active DEA license β’ Board Certification required β’ Knowledge of family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics β’ Familiarity with community health center regulations and standards β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Ability to work with culturally diverse populations β’ Preferred: Multilingual (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese) Working Hours: β’ Full-Time Schedule β’ Outpatient clinic hours (typically Monday β Friday) β’ Rotational on-call duties Skills: β’ Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic abilities β’ Excellent patient communication and education skills β’ Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems β’ Team collaboration and interdisciplinary coordination β’ Cultural competency and patient-centered care approach β’ Organizational and time management skills
