I am also diabetic and follow a gluten free diet. I love visiting cafes and garden centres. I like to ride my bike and I love to go fishing. I also have an interest in cars and dogs. I am looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant to support me to plan activities and access my local community.

I would like to increase my confidence and social resilience and hopefully build new friendships.
