Are you dedicated to transforming the educational outcomes for vulnerable students through bespoke support pathways? Join us as a PLC Co-ordinator, where you will lead the management of the Personalised Learning Centre (PLC) and strategically identify and deliver alternative courses and intervention strategies relevant to specific student cohorts. This role requires a proactive approach to multi-agency collaboration, a passion for mentoring, and a focus on removing barriers to learning.
