We are seeking an PM&R physician to serve as Medical Director for our facility near Palm Springs, CA. This role combines daily patient care with administrative leadership in a Monday–Friday schedule. Job Responsibilities: Conduct daily inpatient rounds Manage and coordinate medical care for rehab patients Provide medical oversight and leadership for the facility Support quality initiatives, clinical protocols, and compliance Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Qualifications: MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Inpatient rehabilitation experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm Skills: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility
