Physical Therapist

Job Title Physical Therapist (PT) Location Kearney, NE | Skilled Nursing Facility / Home Health Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5 days per week, approximately 8 hours per day | Expected 36 hours per week Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services across Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Home Health (HH) settings in an approximately 50/50 split, subject to fluctuation Supervise 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in the delivery of patient care Meet productivity expectations of 80% in the SNF setting and approximately 6 patients per day in the Home Health setting Document patient care using Net Health (SNF) and HCHB (Home Health) software platforms Provide occasional coverage at SNF or Home Health locations in nearby areas as needed Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Nebraska or eligibility to obtain licensure Ability to work across both Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health care settings Proficiency with or ability to learn electronic documentation systems Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in SNF and/or Home Health settings Experience supervising PTAs or other therapy support staff Familiarity with Net Health and/or HCHB documentation platforms Why Join Us New graduates are welcome to apply — a great opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across SNF and Home Health settings Consistent daytime schedule with expected weekly hours providing stability throughout the contract
