Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Primary Care Physician at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH), you will join an established practice in Federal Way, Washington. Each physician operates within a dedicated "pod"—a multidisciplinary unit comprising physicians, ARNPs, PAs, nurses, and medical assistants.
