UCHealth Medical Group is excited to welcome a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in a unique asynchronous medicine role supporting the Mason Primary Care Clinic in Fort Collins, Colorado.

This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities, combining indirect patient care with same-day patient care services. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact both direct patient care and through the critical work that happens behind the scenes. In this role, you will support our established patient population by: Responding to patient messages with evidence-based clinical guidance Ordering labs and diagnostic tests Managing prescription refill requests Facilitating specialty referrals Enhancing communication and patient engagement through secure messaging Seeing same-day acute care patients This is a full-time position that supports work-life balance: Flexible weekly schedule of four 10-hour/days.

Weekdays only. No call requirements. This role plays a vital part in improving patient access, streamlining clinical workflows, and elevating overall satisfaction-both for patients and care teams. The position posting date is 5/19/2026 Requirements for Physician Assistants Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado. Physician Assistant Certification (PA-C) issued by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required for hire and must be maintained throughout employment Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.

Eligible to provide services reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid. Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from either the Health and Human Services/Office of Inspectors General (HHS/OIG) or the General Services Administration's (GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs. Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges.

Prescriptive authority as appropriate, per medical staff service privileging process. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Requirements for Nurse Practitioners Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification
