We are offering a generous base compensation, starting bonus, relocation assistance and performance incentives to those who qualify. Opportunity Details: Must be a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician Experienced in Emergency Medicine 0.8 FTE - 8 x 12 hour shifts per month (1,152 annual hour requirement) Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer Base salary $307,832.80 Starting loan up to 10% of base compensation Performance incentives Paid relocation up to $12,000 CME allowance An excellent benefit package*– comprised of matching 403b, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid professional liability insurance, and much more Job Requirements Required Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota Strong clinical skills with experience in Emergency Medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with women, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families BLS, ACLS, PALS Where You'll Work Snuggled in the heartland of Minnesota, Little Falls in known for its historic charm, natural beauty and small-town atmosphere with big city attractions.
