Lawrence River, our communities offer:Easy access to the Adirondack MountainsProximity to Canada, including quick trips to Ottawa and MontrealFour-season outdoor recreation including boating, hiking, skiing, fishing, and campingAffordable housing and short commute timesFamily-friendly communities with excellent schools and welcoming neighborhoodsA slower pace of life without sacrificing access to modern amenitiesPosition HighlightsSpecialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)Position Location: Canton ENT PracticeSchedule: Flexibility in schedule to meet a 40-hour work weekCall Coverage Requirements: 1:3 call requirement including one weekend per monthPractice Setting: The Physician will provide treatment and examination of patients during routine office hours and perform otolaryngology surgeries on patients as needed at the hospital.3-4 days per week in the office with 1 day for surgery.Procedures/Services: Otolaryngology services include but are not limited to: Chronic cough, ear surgery, ear tube surgery, facial plastics & reconstruction with free flaps, head and neck cancer, hearing loss, hoarseness, mouth lesions and tumors, pediatric ENT services, salivary stones, sinus surgery, tracheostomy, tracheal surgery of granulation tissue, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, reflux.

Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
