Located in the beautiful region of Pueblo, Colorado, this position not only places you in a vibrant community but also offers the chance to work in a well-respected, community-based hospital renowned for its commitment to exceptional patient care. Opportunity Highlights Direct hire, full-time position offering stability and growth. Competitive annual compensation ranging from $324,000 to $360,000, with potential productivity bonuses.

Practice Setting and Clinical Scope You will be practicing in a 269-bed hospital, catering to approximately 140 deliveries each month. Your role will encompass comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, obstetric triage, gynecologic consultations, emergent gynecologic surgeries, and acute clinical issue management.
You will collaborate closely with a Level II-B NICU team, ensuring high-quality care for newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond. Schedule and Assignment Details Enjoy a sustainable work-life balance with 7 to 8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month. This consistent schedule allows for ample personal time while maintaining professional engagement and continuity of care. Support and Work Environment Join a collaborative team that includes experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and dedicated OB/GYN backup coverage.
You will benefit from a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record platform, ensuring seamless coordination of care across the health system. This supportive infrastructure allows you to focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (0-5 years of residency). Possession of or willingness to obtain a Colorado medical license. Clean malpractice history is highly preferred.
Recent NPDB Self Query Report required (within 30 days active). DEA must be obtained prior to start. Visa support available for J1 or H1B candidates.
