Prepare daily production schedules and monitor equipment utilization to meet client demand forecasts. Oversee finished goods inventory levels to balance stock availability and prevent excess holding. Coordinate cross-functionally across manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics units to resolve operational supply delays. Maintain direct communication with external accounts regarding order status, delivery timelines, and shipment tracking.

Verify shipping documentation and monitor trade compliance procedures for international material dispatches. skills and experience required. Applied experience in production planning, inventory control, and customer account coordination within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of supply chain processes, capacity planning, and order fulfillment workflows. Proficiency in numerical spreadsheets and experience using ERP systems and exposed to MITI.

Capability to manage trade compliance documentation and customs shipment protocols. Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
