Job Purpose Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely delivery of engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Coordinates with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to identify delays and maintain project progress. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 . Monitor project progress, milestones, resources, and critical activities.
Prepare resource and cost-loaded schedules, progress updates, forecasts, and reports. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on planning matters. Monitor engineering, procurement, and material delivery against project requirements. Review subcontractor schedules and recommend corrective actions. Conduct schedule analysis, delay assessment, and What-If Analysis .
Support monthly progress reporting and project coordination meetings. Identify potential delays and support recovery plans. Support HSE initiatives and IMS requirements. Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling. Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 . Knowledge of construction planning, resource management, and progress reporting. Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of local and international construction standards. SAP/ERP knowledge is preferred. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years’ experience , including 5 years relevant experience .
