Key Activities: Carry out servicing, maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant and machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic faults. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Follow all health and safety procedures. About the role The Person: We highly value strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities for this role, given the fast-paced nature of our workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have proven mechanical experience, a practical hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Previous experience in a mechanical or Plant Fitter role. Good understanding of hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs. Relevant mechanical qualification or apprenticeship. Experience working with construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or commercial vehicles.
