Plant Operator 3-4 Shift Operation

Job Description Plant operator in 3-4 shift operation (m/f/d) We are looking for our client, a well-known company in the Hochdorf (LU) region, immediately or by arrangement, for a motivated and reliable individual as a machine operator. Your tasks: Control and troubleshooting of semi- and fully automated assembly systems. Ensuring product quality through consistent implementation of quality controls according to the inspection plan.

Compliance with cleanliness standards through professional cleaning of the systems and the work environment. GMP-compliant documentation of order processing, including maintaining production dossiers and event logs. Qualifications Your profile: Experience: You have many years of professional experience as a machine operator, ideally in plastics processing (including automation). Expertise: Cleanroom experience as well as basic PC skills complete your profile.

Languages: You have very good German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory for documentation). Working style: You are characterised by precise, independent working and a quick grasp. Flexibility: You have experience in 3-shift operation and are willing to work in a 4-shift model. Physical condition: You are physically resilient and appreciate working in a team.
