FCCCD is the force Contact and Command Centre, this is the first point of contact when people call 999 and 101. The Command Team are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer who can help support us with a number of administrative tasks., We would be seeking a volunteerto assist the FCCCD Command Team and Secretariat with ongoing tasks that keep the department operationally effective. The Volunteer will assist the team with the following: - Support the department process good work recognition for the staff.

- Assist with organising our yearly awards ceremony and associated admin in the run up to it. - Refresh department welcome boards monthly. - Update an electronic wallboard with positive messaging and information slides (we will provide content, but would like the volunteer to design the slides- will teach how to do this). - Renew staff parking permits. - Identifying broken chairs and tables within the department and then raising replacement orders from estates and facilities.

- Assisting with staff locker management. - CCTV user account creation. - Review CCTV cameras for faults and raise repair requests. - To help handle any post coming into the unit, be it internal or external correspondence, making sure that all post received into the unit is forwarded to the relevant person. - Administration of quarterly Health checks provided by Occ health - maintaining list of staff who request an appointment.

- Helping to maintain various databases/records/spreadsheets to ensure information is accurate, current, and relevant, whilst complying with GDPR. - Assist with Admin for our Estates and Facilities matters. - Raising fault reports for issues identified such as broken equipment, admin for Purehold hygiene gel and monitoring cleaning stations to ensure they are kept tidy and well stocked by esates and facilities., We will reimburse any travel expenses you may incur whilst volunteering and we have recognition schemes in place for us to formally show our appreciation for your service.
